Please take a few minutes to review our Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use the services or the store.

The information on this Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability, policies and terms. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. If you are dissatisfied with this Web site or any content on the site, or with these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Web site. You acknowledge, by your use of this Web site, that you are agreeing with Dr. Philpott's Terms of Use.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us ASAP by sending an e-mail to eilis@dreilisphilpott.com or by calling 203-372-6551. Orders that have shipped out can not be canceled; however you may return the items for a refund. Please read our Return Policy for more information.

Return Policy

Dr. Eilis Philpott offers the highest quality products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment is made. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us. You have 15 days from when the package arrives to return the goods for a refund between 75% and 100% depending on the condition of the returned items. You will not be refunded the delivery costs.

Exceptions

Sales are final for healing services, all healing essences/formulas, workshops, music, audio/visual products. If you cannot make a workshop that is paid for, the price will be credited to any future workshop.

Damaged Packages or Merchandise

Before accepting a package from any freight carrier, please look over the box. If the outside is damaged in anyway do not open it. The delivery person should open the box in front of you and inspect it for damages. If any damages are found a claim should be filed with the freight carrier and the package should be re-taped and sent back to us.

If you notice concealed damage after the delivery person has left, keep all the packing materials and immediately call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Returns or Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below. NOTE: Gift items can only be exchanged with the same item or with an item that has the same price value.

Call 203-372-6551 or send us an e-mail with your reason for returning the merchandise. The return of merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

If a return is authorized by Dr. Eilis Philpott you will receive a Return Authorization Number (“RA#”). The RA# must be written on your order’s packing slip and on the outside of all boxes being returned. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR PRODUCTS/PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT A RA#..

Carefully re-pack all returning merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened or in its original condition, inside content included (manuals, booklets, etc.).

Returns should be shipped by a traceable method.

Returns shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or with a value of $100.00 or more should be insured. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT REACH US.

If an exchange is requested due to company error, Soul 2 Soul Angelic Healing will refund you for the return shipping fees as well as pay for the re-shipping and handling fees. ALL OTHER SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE PAID OR REFUNDED BY DR. EILIS PHILPOTT. Sorry, we do not except C.O.D. freight.

Refunds

For purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit for your purchase within 5-10 business days of the receipt of returned merchandise. The amount credited to your card will be for merchandise less the cost of shipping and handling and re-stocking (if incurred).

For purchases made with cash, checks, and money orders, refunds will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned merchandise less the cost of shipping and handling. Re-stocking fees may also be deducted (if incurred).
