Find our how your birth is still impacting all areas of your life today!

In this informal evening gathering we will look at how your birth and the decisions you made about life at the time of your birth are running your life from the unconscious.  How you are are reacting from these past events rather than living fully present and conscious in this moment.

We will then go on to see how the modality of Rebirthing – a simply, yet powerful breathing technique, can effectively help move you from the past to the present and how to change some of the false beliefs and condemning thoughts that you may not even have realized were there.

The format of this evening will be informal with lots of interaction and question time.

TIME: will be held on the third wednesday of each month, 7 - 9pm (Be here at 6:45 to register)

All are welcome, however, a private session is recommended prior to participating in a group session

Group rebirths are a wonderful way to experience and learn more about rebirthing. They differ from individual sessions in the form of healing that can occur and the exponential power of a group of people breathing together. Group rebirths also provide an opportunity to meet like minded people in our community and to hear about other people's rebirthing experiences.

Please bring a pillow and a blanket or mat.
