Opening & Balancing Your 13 Chakras

In this experiential workshop you will learn about the 13 chakra system and how these chakras relate to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
I will teach you how to use a pendulum to open and balance these 13 chakras. We will then do a guided meditation for the purpose of opening and balancing, as well as connecting above and below (for spiritual and grounding connection).
Please bring a pendulum - I will have some for sale if you do not already own one.

Group Rebirth

Group Rebirths are a wonderful way to experience and learn more about rebirthing. They differ from individual sessions in the form of healing that can occur and the exponential power of a group of people breathing together.

Angel Light Healing Initiation

Angel Light Healing is a gift from Spirit and is given freely. The purpose of Angel Light Healing is to invoke the Healing Light of the Angels for purifying, balancing and integrating the chakra centers and to align the energetic bodies with the higher realms of angelic consciousness.
Angel Light Healing Initiation are held on the First Saturday of each month at 11am in Fairfield, Connecticut. Please allow about 1 - 2 hours for this simple, sacred ceremony and please ensure that you wear white clothing.

In a previous newsletter I talked briefly about what rebirthing was. In this newsletter I am going to go into a lot more detail about the benefits of rebirthing as a healing modality.

The main assumptions behind rebirthing are that
humans do not forget their birth. We have not only conscious memory from our brains, we also "cellular memory" from each cell in our body. Every trauma we experience including our birth is stored in the cellular memory of our cells. Since birth was our first experience of life, and since we survived this first experience of life, our subconscious minds decided that that was the safest way to proceed in our life. Hence we follow a script of repeating the same patterns over and over in our lives. This script is called our "Birth Script". Rebirthing allows us to uncover our birth script and make new decisions about life and rather than reacting to the past, allow us to make choices from the present moment.

Another factor of our birth is that very often our umbilical cord is cut before it has stopped pulsing on its own. This means that the first breath is taken in a state of life or death panic. Hence when we are in a state of stress we often hold our breath, thus repressing or "pushing down" our emotions. This causes tension or energy blockages in the body which can then go on to form physical/emotional and/or spiritual dis-ease in the body. Rebirthing allows the body to re-learn the breath, or how to breath in all situations, thus emotions are not repressed and consequently tension/energy blockages are prevented.

When we breath more fully as we do in Rebirthing we allow more oxygen into our cells. This has the effect of pushing physical toxins out of the cells.

Along with more oxygen we also breath in chi or prana when we rebirth. This provides an opportunity to receive profound physical healing. Many clients report a greater connection with Divine Love.

Overall some of the general benefits of rebirthing can be summarized as following:

* Eliminate stresses and anxieties
* Attain a growing sense of deep inner peace
* Build a solid foundation of authentic confidence and self-esteem
* Heal from emotional pain and past/present trauma
* Gain a fresher, freer and more creative can-do outlook on life

* Detoxification -only 10% of toxins are expelled from the body through defecation and 20% through our skin, while 70% of all toxins are breathed out of the body! (and most of us walk around barely breathing!)
* Dissolve and release emotional blockages
* Overcome negative beliefs and behaviour patterns
* Improve your body's ability to fight illness
*Stress Reduction
* An Acceptance and Openness to Transformation
*Deeper Connection and Awareness that you are a living Soul that has a consciousness, power, purpose, and will of it's own.
*Brighter eyes, smoother skin, and possibly a "glow about your face"
* Healing in areas where just talking about the problems & issues can not be reach.
