Last month's group rebirth was the first in a new series here at Soul 2 Soul Angelic Healing. We had some seasoned rebirthers as well as some brand new "breathers". All experienced the group healing energy and everyone had their own unique healing experience. I continue to wonder and to be in awe of the synchronistic events which lead each group perfectly together.

Angel Light Healing Initiation are held on the first Saturday of every month or by special arrangement. They are a gift from Spirit and are always given free of charge.

The purpose of Angel Light Healing is to invoke the Healing Light of the Angels for purifying, balancing and integrating the chakra centers and to align the energetic bodies with the higher realms of angelic consciousness. This energy can be used to improve health and well-being, and helps us connect with our Angelic Self, our Guardian Angels and the Ascended Masters, whenever we need Love, support and guidance on our spiritual path. Angel Light Healing is for everybody, (experienced practitioner as well as those new to healing energies). The workshop itself will begin with a guided meditation called Angelic Merge, in which you will meet and merge with your Angelic Self. Following a short, sacred initiation ceremony, you will learn how to practice Angel Light for self-healing, healing others, or as an add-on technique with other healing modalities. In this months newsletter I would like to talk about rebirthing as a healing modality. Many people ask "What is Rebirthing" and I tell them that you could spend a whole weekend answering just that very question and in fact there are workshops which do just that. I will give you some contacts at the end of this article if that is something you would like to look into.

Basically rebirthing is a conscious breathing technique. This breathing technique is also a very powerful healing tool/modality which works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, resulting in very complete and wonderful healing.

My personal journey with rebirthing started almost immediately when I came to the United States in 1993. In 1996 I then received both basic and advanced rebirther training with Bob & Mallie Mandel. I have continued to add and grow my practice since that time but have always used the rebirthing breath as the foundation to all individual sessions. I firmly believe that no other modality can outweigh either the simplicity or the depth of healing that occurs when using this technique.

If you are interested in having a rebirthing session, it is best to do so with one that has been professionally trained and someone who has been recommended to you. To find someone in your area I would suggest going to the website www.philadelphiarebirthing.com. This site has a list of rebirthers around the country. You can also contact either Tony or Maureen for more information if you need to.

I am only saying a little about rebirthing here because there is a lot of information available both on the web and in books....... I love to see the growth (which happens very rapidly with rebirthing) and to see clients achieve their goals and go on their way, living a life fuller and more in line with who they truly are. I would like to insert here a quote from Tony & Maureen's site. It is a paragraph from their home page. It states

An added benefit of conscious connected breathing is that the increased oxygenation contributes to the release of stress and an experience of more health and vitality".

Many years ago and since that first time, during a meditation, I had a very clear image of a room that I called a crystal classroom. This room was made entirely out of crystal, the walls, floor, ceiling etc., and I was standing at a crystal podium-like structure. This structure gave access to all the knowledge you could want or require and I was there to "learn", hence the term classroom. The learning was not in the form as we know it today but somehow I knew watching this image that that is what I was doing in this awesome room. As you can see that picture in my mind was 'crystal clear' (sorry about the pun) the first time I saw it and still remains so. I did not know where it came from but did have a feeling it came from somewhere in the future rather than a past life. Now I know where I was. I was in one of the Cities of Light.

There are Cities of Light all over the world, most of them are still off our coasts. I was very excited when I heard about them and a few months later came to realize that some of my nightly travels were indeed to my city. Just before Christmas of last year I started travelling to the city just off Dublin in Ireland. (I went to Ireland to visit my family for the Christmas vacation, so that fit right in). The first stage of the visiting process is just getting to know your city and meeting the other residents before you get to know your role in that city. The goal for each city is to bring it onto the land and have it anchored there. At that stage I thought that you only worked with one city. A few weeks later I knew that I was also getting familiar with a second city, this one closer to my home here in the States. That city is the City of Light off Manhattan. I am so excited to share this with you because I know I will be bumping into some of you on these beautiful streets and that we will be working together to bring these cities home.
